Some of the documents are owned by Prudential and some are owned by Link. If you select the Key Important Information Documents for the OEIC fund range you'll be asked to accept Link's investor notice to access the document. You'll only need to do this once in any browser session.

Key Information Document (KID) and Investment Option Document (IOD)
If your client is investing in any of the PruFund Funds available under the Prudential ISA you'll have to provide them with the relevant KID(s) and IOD(s) based on the the type of payments to me made, i.e. single contribution/transfer payment and/or regular contribution, and the relevant PruFund funds for those payments.
Follow the link below to obtain the relevant documents. The documents are split into two sections:
- The KID for the Life Insurance Policy within the Prudential ISA which should be used for a single contribution/transfer payment, and the associated IODs for each PruFund fund.
- The KID for the Life Insurance Policy within the Prudential ISA - Regular Investment which should be used for a regular contribution, and the associated IODs for each PruFund fund.
Cost and charges disclosure
If your client is investing in any of the PruFund Funds available under the Prudential ISA you'll have to provide them with ex-ante cost and charges information before they invest in their selected investments.
If your client is investing in any of the LF Prudential Risk Managed OEICs available under the Prudential ISA, you'll need to provide the following documents to your client for each of the OEICs to be invested in.
