The power of light speed
The new Prudential online ISA service makes it easier to do business with us with a 3 minute end to end application process and easy control over client management.
How do I access the new ISA online service?
Your dashboard - for control and flexibility
We think the biggest benefit to the new online ISA service is giving you access to a dashboard where you can see all of your Prudential ISA client records in one place. Which means you have control and and flexibility over the management of your clients investments, in a safe, secure, efficient and intuitive environment - available when you need it.
This online service gives you control over your advice and the application process via the dashboard, so you can see real time case tracking, manage client records and do bulk valuations.
And stay up to date on..
- Pre-populated transfer authority forms - are available to download showing keyed in information, each with its own transfer reference number. This cuts out any potential errors, typo's and omissions, and helps to speed up the process with Link, once they’ve been signed by your client.
- Case tracking for transfers information can be found within the 'Case tracking section' on the client record page. It'll show each transfer, along with any other 'money in' transactions that were part of the application. The transaction type will clearly detail where each transfer is coming from and the status of each.
How to use our new online ISA service
We’ve also created a new Customer recommendation literature page to make it easy for you to obtain the relevant documentation needed to recommend a Prudential ISA to your client. This page contains access to documents provided by Prudential in relation to PruFund investments available with the Prudential ISA and also to documents provided by Link Financial Investments Limited as ISA Manager of the Prudential ISA.
We also provide documents to support you and your clients understand how the Prudential ISA works and also investment solutions including PruFund funds. You can access Prudential literature within the ISA literature page and also other documents provided by Link on the Link Financial Investments Limited documents page.
